The easiest way to order from this website is to send an e-mail to peteboorum@gmail.com specifying the products that you are interested in purchasing. We will then send you a quotation including the price and availably of each item and the price to ship to you. It is important that you include your mailing address including the zip code. A PO box is satisfactory for small orders but can be difficult with larger packages.
Our policy is to charge the actual cost of shipment by the best method. In the case of larger machinery, where special packing material is needed, there is an additional charge for that, which will be included in the quotation.
We require payment in advance in most cases and accept PayPal, personal checks and credit cards. You have no doubt noticed that there is no shopping cart for our web site. This increases expenses, requires security updates and technical expertise, and in general takes more time attending to the computer and less time making miniatures.
For PayPal, we will send a PayPal invoice to your e-mail and you will pay PayPal by using peteboorum@gmail.com. This is very easy and has become the favorite of many new customers for small to medium size orders.
To use a credit or debit card call 603-669-4185 between 10:00AM and noon or 7:00PM and 10:00PM eastern time. Leave a message and one of us will return your call. Please be patient, as sometimes we are traveling and there may be a delay returning calls. We are, however, usually prompt with e-mail.

Sometimes a customer wishes to pick up an order at a show that we will be attending. This is often the case with large machinery and we will make every effort to accommodate the customers. To see at what shows we will have a sales table link to the Shows & Classes page.
Often a customer will drive to our home to pick up an order or to inspect or try out machinery. These visits need to be coordinated by e-mail or telephone.
There is no sales tax in the State of New Hampshire for orders that are shipped from here or purchased here.
